Payment
Payments can be made once customer receives an invoice via email.
Payments must be received before art is shipped.
Turnaround Time
Paintings are completed within 3-4 weeks. I also work full time, so most painting is done on weekends. Clients are notified when paintings are shipped.
There is a slightly longer turnaround time from October-December due to an influx of Christmas commissions.
Shipping
Art by Kaitlyn ships anywhere in the United States.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a process that involves ink. It is a chemical process where heat is used to sublimate ink into a surface. This means the art cannot be scratched, peeled, or rubbed off. Similar to the process of a tattoo.
All sublimated products are made from original artwork.
